FOUND IT!!! first you have to go to Banner Generator

here you create your text to gif file. enter the line of text,select the color text you want,font style,font size,ect.

choose background transparent and click submit. either right click (pc's) or click on image and get url to upload to scrapbook (msntv).

once you've saved the image, it's time to go to, Magick Studio,here, you enter the image url and click view.

next page,click F/X,then choose WAVE. set up the color you want to be for the background (if any) and click submit.below are some samples i made.







you can custome make the banner background at Magick Studio, so the white doesn't show up. the ChatWithFriends banner is transparent on a white bg. same with the other 2, they will not show white on white. paint your banner carefully and experiment. make several, for different colored backgrounds.
